About Us

Steve Buelow

SalesCulture.ai founder & CEO Steve Buelow is an accomplished strategic sales leader with more than 20 years experience in the technology industry. 

He was most recently the Director of Global Sales Synergy at VMWare, where he led and trained 200+ sellers globally generating a 10x dollar increase in net new opportunities, 4x opportunity discovery and 30% YoY ARR growth. Prior to that he held sales management, training and account executive roles at Amazon, GoGrid and Oracle.

Steve’s vision for SalesCulture.ai was born out of his frustration with answering the same internal questions repeatedly, and never having enough time with all of his reps. He realized that not only could generative AI be trained to answer questions for sales reps, but that with some additional tools and data it could be programmed to deliver answers aligning to internal sales leader best practices, company values and even prospect personality types.

David Hecht

Co-Founder David Hecht has nearly 30 years of experience in marketing and inbound demand generation, as well as sales operations. He has worked with Salesforce.com for more than 20 years, most recently as a founder of two Salesforce ISV partners, Chargent and CloudAmp. Prior to that he held marketing and sales ops roles at Cloudkick (acquired by Rackspace) and GoGrid.

David has spent his career providing tools and infrastructure for companies to more efficiently run their sales, marketing and operations. He has found success first creating his own tools for internal B2B marketing, sales or process optimization, and then later developing them into software to provide to organizations worldwide.
